Customer Service Representative (Inbound Calls)
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for receiving incoming service requests via email and phone calls and creating the Work Order for the service department.
The Project Manager is responsible for working with commercial and industrial clients to coordinate projects as contracted. Works with the sales, engineering, and installation teams to design solutions for customers while assigning labor, budgeting funds, and procuring materials.
Service Technician – Automatic Doors
You will be working on-site at customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and repair automatic doors while providing excellent customer service. Training is available for inexperienced candidates who are willing to learn. Company van provided.
Programmer – HVAC/Access Control Systems
The Programmer will program and test systems within the scope of assigned projects. Troubleshoot, maintain, and program controls for customers. Integrate third party systems for seamless user interface.
