Des Moines, IA: Basepoint Building Automations, a leading provider of smart building solutions, has announced the acquisition of G-Matic Systems, Inc., effective August 7, 2024. G-Matic Systems, Inc., brings a wealth of expertise and a strong customer base to Basepoint. This acquisition will enable Basepoint to expand their geographic footprint into Minnesota bringing their branch locations to seven across the Midwest.
