Des Moines, IA – Basepoint Building Automations (Basepoint), a 100% Employee-Owned leader in building technology solutions, today announced the acquisition of O&L Door Systems, a respected provider of commercial door solutions serving the greater Minneapolis area.

The acquisition represents another strategic step in Basepoint’s long-term growth plan, strengthening the company’s geographic footprint while expanding its ability to serve customers with industry-leading door solutions. O&L Door Systems’ expertise and reputation align closely with Basepoint’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through trusted partnerships, technical expertise, and responsive service.
